\nThe ABG shows a mixed acidosis because of the high CO2 and low bicarb but the pH is more on the alkalotic side. Should we maybe take the CO2 below normal and raise the Bicarb to a normal level? Just a thought... I might be looking at it wrong...

\nIm still not sure about confirming P. Jaroveci now, because when doing the Assessment portion of the soap I am supposed to make assumptions based on lab values... If we already confirm it I can't make an assumption about that really.

\nIf the patient was thin after pregnancy that probably means she didnt gain weight during very well, perhaps we could confirm diagnosis of aids and save diagnosis of specific type of infection for the plan\/treatment portion of the soap.

\nIs the patient an IV drug user or does she have multiple sex partners... That could go in the history portion (Suggestion made by Sarah).

\nSorry to rattle off so much... Hope I'm making sense. Let me know some of your thoughts... I think everything looks great. Just need to work out minor details to make the whole thing flow a little better.
